fps drop in games

when I have live mode running I still get frame drop even though I have 2 gpus in my pc.
Specs are:
GTX1660 super
RTX 3060
i7 12700kf
32gb drr5 ram

I have the Voice.ai running on the 1660 yet it doesnt seem to do anything
