Bug to Update to 0.1.34

I've tried numerous times to update to version 0.1.34, but it's not working. I downloaded the latest version from the website, but I received the information: "Version 0.1.34 is now available".

I've been having this problem for a long time and I can't update it even when I reinstall it. Someone help me? i Can not use!
