Voice.ai crashes on start and everytime I open it

I just got this app and it crashes everytime I start it. Sometimes I can get to log in and see the voices but even then it just keeps on crashing.

I've seen other people having the same problems since a year ago, how is this not fixed?

Running Windows 11
