CSRF token mismatch

Went through all the setup process, but I'm getting this error on attempting to login to the installed application.  It's telling me I have a CSRF token mismatch.  I assume this was the validating process with the 4 characters - Which I performed and passed, but now when I try to login with my credentials I get this error.  Strange because I can log into the Web Site with my credentials, just not the application.  Someone please help.

    I tryed to see solutions on website, but i entered, Password and my E-mail i get this issue too.

    Here are some things you can try:

    • Clear your cache and cookies, then try again (From Voice Universe).
    • Restart Voice.AI and Computer: If settings seem to be correct, try restarting Voice.AI and if that doesn't work, give your computer a restart.
