I want to cancel my subscription and delete all my credit card information from your system, and switch to manual payment instead. I followed the steps,

I followed the steps in this image, but I couldn't cancel the subscription. Your system deducted money from my account without my consent. Please help me with the process. Thank you.

I have the same concern as you. and I sent messages without receiving responses. No sign of life or validation or not of account.
I don't even know the contact details to connect.
The only thing that happened quickly was the payment that I didn't have.
I'm waiting for a response from support
