My performance status indicator is always staying on red. Anyway to improve this?

I have a laptop that is called "Predator Helios 300" with an RTX of 3060. I tried looking all over on YouTube; I am still waiting for an answer. Reddit? No answer. I browsed the web for this problem, but I need help. I couldn't find a single reason why my Performance Status Indicator was staying red, and when I first installed it, I remember the performance being green. Still, it kept switching from yellow to red like it had problems staying on green. If it stays on red, it sounds like the AI will skip some parts of what I try saying into it, and I won't be able to hear what the AI is saying I said to it. If the performance is on green, it sounds smoother, and there's no skipping or lagging, but I can't find a way to stop this problem from happening. Why is my performance staying on red? Is it the CPU? All my apps were closed, and only Voice.AI was open, but it was STILL red. It's frustrating to only try to solve this issue, try everything, and nothing works, so I'm trying to get help on posting this. 

Also, I did try to turn on my Hardware Acceleration, no change at all.

  Here are a few questions: 
  
  1. What value do you use for the quality slider? ( Can you use something between 15-20 to try it out? ) 
  2. What GPU is task manager indicating that the app is using? GPU 0 or GPU 1? 
  3. Are you on HQ or SP mode? 
  4. If you turn on the voice changer, does task manager indicate an increased usage of your GPU? 
  
  Another thing you can do is go into Display settings -> Graphics -> Browse in the applications list -> Go to the installation folder of VoiceAI and select the exe. Now it should show in the app list and you can force it to run on your 3060
