Unable to connect | installation of the app on Mac is blocked | No response from support
I sent messages to support without receiving responses. No sign of life or validation or not of my account.
I don't even know the contact details to connect.
The only thing that happened quickly was the payment that I didn't have.
I'm waiting for a response from support
+ The app does not work on my Mac, it remains blocked (see screenshot)
