Voice got removed

I just lost my trained Voices, and there seems no way to get them back. Please help me.

  Start by closing our app from the system tray and then reopening Voice.ai. If your voice is still not showing up, you can try updating our app or reinstalling it. If those steps do not work please provide us with the following details via email at support@voice.ai:

  - Is it a 3rd party model or a regular voice? 

  - Is it gone from both the app and Voice Universe? 

  Please share with us any steps you took before your voice disappeared, and any recent changes within the app, the more details the better we can assist you in resolving this matter.
