i tried canceleing it by contacting Xsolla's live chat but there's no respond , please cancel it immediately .

Were you able to get a response. I'm trying to cancel through my Paypal but the instructions VoiceAI laid out does not exactly match what I am experiencing. There is no simple "Cancel" button. It only takes me back to the main Voice.ai website, EVEN WHEN I AM SIGNED IN. Am I supposed to do so on the program? I can't use the program since it automatically freezes and I have to force close it. I've been trying to figure this out and it's making me really frustrated.
