Having trouble cancelling subscription

Cant find anyway to cancel subscription. I've checked my paypal and even the other website Xsolla and i"m not being billed from either. Can an admin please contact me so I can get this taken care of?

  The instructions for canceling on Paypal is confusing and honestly very frustrating. When I go to PayPal's "/myaccount/autopay" URL page, I find VoiceAI on the list of automatic payments. However, there is no simple "cancel" button "next to the VoiceAI subscription", as the instructions state. There is, however, "Manage and cancel at Voice AI Inc."
  
  But guess what? It only takes me back to the main voice.ai main page. Is it supposed to be accessed with the program? If so, I can't run it because it crashes now, every time I try opening it. Why can't I simply cancel it, then?
