Voice.AI not opening

I am trying to install the app and run it, but every time I click on the app it simply does not open at all. My mouse does the little blue wheel, but the app doesn't open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times now. I have also run it as an administrator and it still doesn't work. It is also not in my hidden icons bar. Any suggestions?

  We'll try to help. Can you check your Task Manager if any other Voice.ai process is open?
