Vocal Remover Does Not Work

Song uploads fine and ends there as it says this may take a few seconds to minutes yet never stops processing even after hours.  Tried on three different platforms and same results.

  Voice. Ai has been working fine up till yesterday. The MP4 to MP3 converter is working fine but suddenly the voice remover was working fine, is not. The processor wheel keeps spinning. What can I do ?  Thanks

  hi sorry to say this but its down again keeps resolving processing but never ends
