How long is the Queue???

Okay now, I started this last night and switch voice cuz it says the voice is in queue. So I left my laptop going overnight. When I woke up and saw that I can use the voice but when I enter, this popped up on the top

Then I realized on the bottom right it just says queue downloading 0%, I thought it must be downloading so I went on to play valo and this thing's stuck on 0% the entire day.

I even tried queuing up another voice and are just waiting the queue now. No progress at all within this 2 days. Does it really take that long? Cuz it feels like I'm just wasting time and money here

  There were some issues with the queue due to increased traffic. The problem should now be resolved and the service should run as usual. Please, let us know should your issue persist and we will look at your case individually.
