Getting an audio file error message, after uploading or when it's about to convert

So, I was trying to put a .wav and .mp3 files on it, no matter if it's 44.1 kHz, I always get an audio file error telling me to redo it with some alternative solutions, which I've tried to no success. Not sure if it's an issue on my end or theirs. Was using the web version.
