Hi there, 

Whenever I load a recorded voice audio into the Voice.ai app under the category 'Record Mode' (left menu) and then click on 'Convert', I am getting the error message "Warning! The audio is too noisy, this may cause poor results. Try minimising the background noise."

The audio won't convert to another voice.

Anyone have an idea what I might be doing wrong?

  Hello,

  Can you try to upload a different, lower-volume file and let us know if it helped?

  Hi!

  Thank you for your response. Yes, I tried it with multiple files of different volume levels.

  I now recorded another file at medium volume with a very clear voice, but I'm getting a different error message. Is anything wrong with my settings?
