Failed to initialize #5850

Tried everything and i can not get this app working. Just get an error with code #5850.

Tried on different systems and it fails on them too,

  exact same thing. Tried to uninstall and d again, worked for a few minutes and the error appeared

  También me falla lanzandome el fallo de #5850 y también el de que la voz no se inició correctamente

  Unfortunately, this is a known issue affecting a small pool of users. We know what is causing it and the issue will be fixed with the upcoming update 0.1.39. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
