I have to pay for a voice I've already used?

I started the app after my computer restarted, and when I tried to turn on the main voice changer I use, it brings up the subscription purchase menu? This wasn't locked before, so it's either a technical glitch or just a predatory business model. Please restore my access to the voice and fix the issue

  Hello,

  Any voice you purchased with credits will stay unlocked for you forever. The only case where you'd lose access to previously used voices are the 3rd party voices. With the 3rd party voices, you get access to the entire catalog as long as you are a PRO subscriber. When the subscription is canceled, 3rd party voices catalog will no longer be accessible.
