Turning on "hear yourself" causes echo in the audio output. The converted voice says the same thing multiple times.

Same issue here. Check if you get echo anywhere else like on Discord for example. For me the issue is everywhere, tried everything, nothing worked so far.

But here's what I found out on the internet. You can try:

    - disabling "Listen to this device" in sound settings

    - disabling all sound enhancements in sound settings

    - playing with your sound drivers but I would not recommend it if you don't know what you're doing (alternatively you can update your sound drivers but don't think it'll do anything)

    - disabling "Tie up same type of input jacks" in your Realtek Audio Console (or other Realtek manager)

    - disabling other unused but enabled sound devices in sound settings

    - setting microphone boost to 0dB

It may be problem with your headset and microphone, let's hope you're more lucky than I am and maybe something from the list above will work.

I just bought my "Lifetime" license today, to discover this issue as they removed the "freemium" approach, and instead forced me to make a purchase decision before trying.   This doesn't bode well for them, as it appears they "don't want you to try it" because this defect ruins things so badly, who would buy it?

5 months+ and I see no word from the company or developers acknowledging this defect or a timeframe for when it will be fixed.

I've seen no sign that ANY users lucked into a fix, or acceptable workaround.

I'd like to hear from support on what to do, because this Voice.AI seems amazing.
