Cancel Subscription

I deleted my account thinking that would cancel my billing. Stupid me I guess. My credit card statement shows a charge as PAYPAL *VOICEAIINC. My PayPal does not show an active subscription. I don't even have this credit card linked to PayPal. I've tried all of the cancellation steps as described in the voice.ai help article. Nothing works.

Do I really need to cancel my credit card to end this service? This is insane.

  yup. i canceled my free trial and was still charged for it. cant even find anywhere to send a support ticket to.
