    Making sure your audio and microphone settings are correct is very important. Double-check that your mic is set up inside our app, and also in your Windows settings. If you want to use Live Mode, make sure 'Microphone Array (Voice.ai Audio Cable)' is selected as the input device in any app where you wish to use it.

    If you've done this but still need help, email us at support@voice.ai with details about the issue, your OS and PC specs, and if you're getting any error messages, please include a screenshot.
