Microphone

The microphone doesn't work, none of them. I have about 10 models here and none of them work. The app reports all of them as failures. But all the microphones work perfectly in other apps.

    Making sure your audio and microphone settings are correct is very important. Double-check that your mic is set up inside our app, and also in your Windows settings. If you want to use Live Mode, make sure 'Microphone Array (Voice.ai Audio Cable)' is selected as the input device in any app where you wish to use it.

    Please follow the next steps outlined below: 

    1. Go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Voice.ai\Models. Once there, delete all models.
    2. Complete reinstallation of the application.
    3. Restart your computer.
    4. Make sure your microphone is properly set.

    Inside our app, go to General Settings, and ensure everything is set to ON.

    If you've done this but still need help, email us at     support@voice.ai with details about the issue, your OS and PC specs, and if you're getting any error messages, please include a screenshot.
