    well, it's at least mildly comforting to know that I'm not the only one stuck with absolutely no progress whatsoever. I'm a Pro account subscriber and also contribute to the MetaModel Training to share the resources I have to spare so we can keep the world turning for those of us trying to build custom voices here. That being said, despite my subscription, the regular MetalModel Training I participate in, and not even the outright purchase of additional credits have made even a lick of difference so far.  I've been held firm at #23 in the queue in rhw the Voice Universe voice building feature since the early evening of Sat August 31st. It's currently the morning of Tues Sept 10th as I write this, so, once this evening rolls around that'll make it a full 10 days of absolutely zero progress. I also directly reached out to Voice.ai Support when I was seven days in with no signs of life, but, probably unsurprising to most of the people reading this comment, I haven't heard a single word back from Voice.ai - not even something generic like a follow up e-mail or a notification on my account to confirm that my request for support was even received at all. 

    I understand this program is software in high demand and likely is experiencing an influx of users putting lots of demand on the system, but come on, man - absolutely zero customer care follow ups for support? Not even the traditionally generated "We've received your message and will get back to you soon!" receipt email that confirms your concerns shouldn't have entirely fallen on deaf ears? No attempts at any explanations or updates -- except for a painfully underwhelming, almost insultingly remedial suggestion for troubleshooting "techniques" that comes in the form of sagely advised  "try shutting down the program and then reopening it and see if that does anything?" Like, bruhv... this isn't a wifi router reset that we can just unplug and plug back in... come on now, yall. 

    For whatever archeologist finds this comment deeply buried within god knows how many other similar stories and situations like this in like a thousand years in the future from now, this is just a reminder that transparency and communication have always been two integral pieces of any sort of relationship, which also includes those between the seller and the buyer in business transactions.

    I'll keep it cordial in saying that so far, the lack of follow up from anyone associated with this platform is highly disappointing and indicative of a poorly ran environment behind the scenes here. I did some extensive research through this Community tab section looking to see if I might be able to solve the issue on my own/at least get an understanding of what, and unfortunately have only encountered dead end after dead end, each and every time. I guess just keep your fingers crossed and keep hoping, because apparently we don't know the hour or the day that our voice build's will return, but I guess we have to just keep believing it'll be soon and very soon?
