Voice.ai connecting try again

I went to open Voice.ai and it continues to ( Cant connect trying again in 5,4,3....)

So i went to the site logged in and redownloaded the app

to my Suprise its of course a new version of the app which is great but...

it keeps offering me the premium version and this is where the problem started

in the previous version i purchased a discounted 1-year premium subscription.

now it's like i don't have it anymore also all my sound boards are gone along with all my voices i created 

  this could be just me with the lack of knowledge I have in this area 

so can someone please guide/teach me how to regain everything I owned in the previous version...... PLEASE & THANK YOU
