Echo remover

first it said I had to trim my audio down to 1 hour.  Then when it uploads the audio it says something about it being longer than 300 seconds, which is only five minutes.  Ridiculous.  Which is it five minutes or 1 hour.... either way, I want my money back.  waste of time.
