Feedback loop

Since the newest update, which I acquired about 2-3 days ago there's been some feedback looping happening. I cannot make any good impressions with this feedback, any words spoken are very "washed" and sounds very very bad.

I have tried to update my system to newer drivers etc. but nothing has worked for me.
I have clicked every dial, every knob that there is but nothing fixes it.
I have tried using Steelseries Sonar, to combat the noise, but even this doesn't help.
Enabling "reduce breaths" or "Noise cancellation" within the app doesn't fix it either.

I have a beefy system, so hardware issue is pretty much ruled out (i9, DDR5, 4090, NVMe, 1gbit connection). Tested on another system as well, which also had the same issue.
