Stuck at processing on app for ios on iphone version

I record my voice and it just buffers forever… I payed and I can’t use it. I waited 10 minutes once and it never loaded. I am not able to use this app at all none of the voices load. It lets me record but I am not able to hear any of the voices back because it just buffers and is stuck on that page. Please help. (This is on the app for *phones* ios not computers) this has been happening for 2 days now. I have already logged in and out, deleted and reinstalled. Nothing works I even tried it on another device and still the same buffering. Please fix this.
