Loopping voice here too in live mode

I created two voices with 6 and 10 minutes of recorder high quality voice.

When I use them on Text to speech I get good results, but in live mode I get somekind of loopping voice over the speech (I can here it even when not speaking to the mike) and it doesn't recognize any other voice from the mic. 

I recorded a female voice and the looping sound is a male voice.

I have noticed others reporting similar issue 3 months ago.
