I have a problem in the app error code # 4993 cant process tray again later

  Voice.ai

  Please follow the steps outlined below: 

  1. Uninstall Voice.ai 
  2. Go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Voice.ai\Models. 
  3. Once there, delete all models. 
  4. Complete reinstallation of the application. 
  5. Restart your computer. 
  6. Make sure your microphone is properly set. Inside our app, go to General Settings, and ensure everything is set to ON.
