Better Sorting / UI --- Find voices you have ALREADY downloaded

Basically, it is extremely painful trying to locate the voices you want to use --- unless you just plan on using only a small handful and dont want to experiment with multiple (and favorite only this small handful of voices)

Here are some desperately needed features:

[Downloaded] (a new tab like "my voices" or "favorites")

- shows which voices are downloaded onto this PC (or just by the account. I use this on my laptop sometimes too, so knowing by the device would be really nice, but just knowing at all would be good too)
- additionally --- add this as a visible icon on the model when you are looking through "all" so that you can see you have already downloaded a voice or not

[More Options for Favorites] (searching and sorting)

- add option to make folders
- add option to add your own tags to different models
- allow search by multiple tags (might already be possible, isnt clear because of an issue i list below)
- allow to place different voices into different folders

[More Sort Options] (for finding new voices)

- Most downloaded
- Highest Rated (maybe using some weighting based on number of ratings)
- Date ranges (also allow this to be used with the above options)
- recently popular (has had a surge of downloads recently, shouldnt show for models which have been popular for a long time)
- Includes Sample (maybe just make this a check box when searching, rather than an actual category)
- Has Pitch Adjuster (same as sample --- make a check box when searching)

[Delete Models from PC]

- Would be nice to have an easy way to delete the voice from your PC (by selecting it in app) if its already downloaded. I have no idea what file name it is in the appdata/local. And these models take up like half a GB each.

[ISSUES with CURRENT features]

- When I click a model, I see nothing that displays what tags are associated with it. (so i dont know what things i can even put into 'search' to find similar ones)
- "recently used".... what is this even MEANT to show? It doesnt seem to show ones recently used BY ME.
- "Top Quality".... this doesnt appear to sort by rating... what DOES it sort by?
- "In Queue".... does not appear to be a way to see current queue / progress of item at front of queue (while still in the searching for voice screen, which is where you'd want to see it.)

Possible BUG: --- sometimes "Inqueue" occurs when nothing is queued up, and it gets stuck "in queue"...

I really hope, at BARE MINIMUM, a feature for seeing "currently downloaded" could be added. This would be an absolute game changer.
