My Voice.ai app not even launching. Just a white window

I downloaded it like an hour ago. I did everything right. But it's stuck like that:

What do I do?

  Try restarting your PC and then try again. If you're still getting a white screen, try these steps:
  
  1) Make sure Voice.ai is completely closed.
  2) Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc), go to the "Details" tab, and close any "VoiceAI.exe" processes you find.
  3) Restart Voice.ai again.

  If it's still not working, it could be related to the microphone input volume. Make sure your mic input is as high as possible in both Windows settings and within Voice.ai.
