It's impossible to close the ad without paying

I want to try voice.ai but it's impossible to close the ad.
I've even installed connect.ai but still can't use the application.

  yeah! it the same for me too i don't know how to fix it even if i left it just to disappear it doesn't even vanish i cant even find the X mark, Dismiss, No thanks, or Ignore idk, literally no Helper or anyone here can help us i sended mine about a week or a month ago but that not the point, the point is that the dev aint gonna help even if it did maybe it will add it in the next update ;-;
