App crashes when loading a broken 3rd-party voice model

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Navigate to C:\Users\{YOURUSERNAME}\AppData\Local\Voice.ai\Cache and delete the folder. Restart the app and try again.

      • If the "AppData" folder is not visible, go to View > Show > Hidden Items to make it appear.
    2. If that doesn’t work, uninstall Voice.ai and reinstall it. 

    If the issue persists, email us at support@voice.ai and tell us the troubleshooting steps you've taken so far, as well as your OS and PC specs.
