Can't build a Voice Clone

Hi all,

Been on the app for 2 weeks now, i have a subscription on the website and on the app...didn't know two were needed but hey...

Trying to clone my voice with the app to use later in Live Mode. I have a lifetime Pro abo on the app and about 50k credits. When trying to build the voice I can choose between my Pro plan and the Premium Voice (credits) plan....but both won't work. It's just renders an error without explanation.

Tried contacted Support but no answer so far.

Any of you could help please?
