Could not download voice data. Please try again

For some time the program not work and has not allowed for the downloading of voices. Customer support does not respond and this is unacceptable. You require a subscription to use your product yet it doesn't even work. No one offers any solutions, and nothing one tries to do within the program resolves the issue, it would seem to be an issue with your server.
