The ability to temporarily shift local processsing to custom voices

Since processing is shared over the cloud already, it might be nice for users with higher end hardware to be able to temporarily focus that local processing on building custom voices, before reverting back the usual shared method.

  I'd rather that all voices benefit from the same collective computing power - rather it would be better if people can use credits to have MORE training for their voices.
