Application does not seem to work on my PC (Windows 11)

I use Windows 11. After I installed the application, application has started and the window appeared (screenshot attached). The problem is, this window never changes with something, there is only logo and no interactive elements whatsoever. I've tried changing UI scale as one of support posts suggest, but to no avail.
