deleted folder and tried to install again and it says already installed when no folders are present.

I was unsure about downloading so I deleted the folder but I looked around more and wanted to try it, only when I tried it didn't work and didn't want to install

  Deleting folder is not how you uninstall an application properly. I'm not sure which OS do you use so I'm not giving you instructions, but you should probably google it.

  This is not how to properly uninstall apps.
  
  Do the following to get it to work again: 

  Download the stand-alone Voice AI uninstaller at https://voice.ai/uninstall.exe to remove any remaining files and registry entries of your old Voice AI install. 

  Then go ahead and reinstall Voice AI normally.
