Team Speak no connecting

For aplication ZOOM and Google meet I have same problem. I changed microphone device on to Cable Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable) 
Then I turn ON Voice changer
But my voice nobody hear it... Please Help I spent lot of money for your coins

  Could you try updating to the latest version and in the latest version you should not have VB- Audio Virtual Cable, a new version of the virtual cable should come with the app

  I try every application. Every app dont work.
  Where I update new version? I Just download and doesnt work

  It's the new version now. VB Audio Cable doesn't work anymore. You need to pick Microphone Array now.
