Ability to Reset The "Training Confirmation" Prompt When Selecting A Voice to "Buy/Train"

The ability to reset in the settings the "training confirmation" prompt when the user selects a voice to buy/train.

Too many tell all popups to go away then accidentally start training voices. Need the ability to reset that option and get the pop-up back.

  This is the specific dialog we wish to have the option to bring back after checking "Don't ask again" and regretting that decision.
