  In Call of Duty - Sound settings, make sure you set Voice.ai Audio Cable or in former versions VB-Audio Cable.

  I've been experimenting with using this in Modern Warfare II but the live voice cuts out while doing so and only some words come out per sentence, could it be that the GPU load of the game is effecting the Voice.ai software?
