    Hello,

    If you paid for Beta Pro, the watermark checkbox should disappear and you should have access to Higher Quality voice formats.

    Could you try closing Voice.ai and opening it again to see if the problem still persists?

    Hi Voice Ai, I've just subscribed today, initially the software recognized this and showed me free credits. I've restarted the software by quiting it and now when it has restarted it does no longer recognize that I have any subscription. When I try to click "remove watermark" it offers me to by subscription again, and my free credits for the day now show 0. It's like I did not buy any subscription at all. I got email from paypal that I've subscribed for 14.99$ per month. I wonder if this is a bug, should I cancel my sub? What do I do?

    I'm having the same problem as well. I even tried closing the program and opening it back up like you stated, and I still have the same watermark message and cannot access the higher quality recording options. Paypal indicated that the pay for the subscription did go through. It's frustrating because I am enjoying the program and like to use the pro version.

    I've heard Paypal can take almost a day to send the confirmation over to Voice AI that a user has paid. I'd suggest contacting support@voice.ai with the email of your account to sort things out.

    I have a different question. So when you buy the subscriptions, does that mean that don't have to pay credit for all the voice?

    as this seem more than a little over priced if that is the case
