Crashing
I was able to start the program yesterday, but now it just crashes every time I try. I tried to restart my computer, and uninstall and reinstall the program, and can't get it to launch.

Just tried launching it again and seems to be working now for some reason.

After I restarted my computer it started crashing again. So weird.

Mine is crashing as well. Worked yesterday and now I get a BUGSPLAT.
I submitted a report with the files and info on the issue. I click on the program it flashes the main Voice AI screen and then immediately closes.
I am not paying for something that doesn't work.

any outcome of this? I just installed it, but cannot open it. It attempts to open for a second and then crashes. Unlike the other folks saying that "it worked well yesterday" it crashes with me from the very beginning

It's still been pretty iffy for me, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Very glitch. T seems to be working better but the audio output still static.

Same here unfortunately. Windows 11, decent PC, big GPU, nothing too fancy, nothing too limited.

We are having the same issue, 18 Cores, 64gb mem and Dedicated GPU and it crashes instantly

Same here with Windows 11, Ryzen 7 5800X, GTX2060 Super - Just sent a bug report
EDIT: Solved this by closing "NVIDIO Broadcast".

ive got a tuf book asus tough gaming like new Ryzen 5 n vidia etc `but CRASHES WHEN PROCESSING BUG SPLAT soo upsetting

After installation...go to file location...and delete bugsplast app. It's worked for me...I hope it's also work for you...try it. I don't know English much ..I hope you understand.

It dose not open if I delete the bugsplat app.
What I did is deleted all files in my temp folder.

I used a voice that kept crashing it. And Here is what support told me.

Thank you for contacting Voice.ai.
Please try the following steps:- Navigate to this folder on your device: C:\Users\*your_user*\
AppData\Local\Voice.ai\Models - Delete all files located in the "Models" folder.
- Fully close the app, restart your PC, and try again.
