Normal Windows behavior of the app (maximize and minimize)

I'm hereby requesting normal minimize (into taskbar, not tray) and maximize buttons, like for any normal Windows app. As it is, the app window sits pretty clunkily and keeps growing steadily by itself when keeping it open in the background (a bug also confirmed by Mojo and/or Scratchfury), so I'll have to check it about 5 to 10 times a day to clumsily re-size it by the bottom right corner manually.
