i have a vega 11 gpu (r5 3400g)
cpu r5 3400g AND 16GB RAM
and i cant use live mode can you help me ?

  According to notebookcheck.com, the Vega 11 is equivalent in computational power to a Radeon R9 M280X from back in 2013. Sorry, that's way below required specs for live mode in voice.ai. You need at least the power of an R9 290X or an R9 Fury.
