Does not initialize and output audio on zoom

Had installed  the app on a windows 10 laptop .

Was trying to get live audio voice change to stream via zoom and  picking a character takes  too long to initialze . Once its says its ready and with the voice,ai audio cable selected as the mic in Zoom , not getting any  voice changes at all . 

While the connections are easy to do , it just does not seem to work seamlessly.
