Extremely Laggy.

I'm currently running a I7-7700HQ on my laptop. Every time I try to speak its extremely choppy.

  I would also say that the program lags. I would like to know what the recommended processer is for this program? 
  
  If you make a mistake on your recording you cannot cancel it either. This means you have to wait for it to be processed in order to delete it. 
  
  Closing the program is also an issue, I have to use task manager to shut it. The program also doesn't work as advertised, it does not have the option of working with messenger.
