I can not pay by using Paypal, I have tried 3 different credit card and even made new Paypal account

Whatever I try, Paypal will tell "Sorry we couldn't set up your subscription by using the payment method you selected."

This is now happening with 3 different credit cards, and with business or individual Paypal account. I even tried to link my Paypal account directly with my credit card and bank account. I have to give up for now.

  same here i can use paypal as a method of pay and thats my only way of pay that i can use
