3060 ti 100%? Live Mode not working?

My GPU should be good enough but for some reason my 3060ti always hits at least 40% and caps at 100% The recording option works, but live mode is quiet with a little static static and an occasional word here or there making it through. I thought it was my volume at first, but looks like it makes my 3060 ti peak?

  I have similar issue, but with GTX 1660 Ti, my card is closer to the limit of minimum requirements, but it still more powerful then some other cards that are mentioned in the minimum requirements post. If you have issues with a GPU that has double the computing power it seems as it might be another issue then the power of the card. I was guessing microphone quality, tried 2 different microphones, seems better when I am really close and scream but still not good enough for it to be useful. Many words are cut out.

  I have the same issue on my 3090TI, you are not alone :D 

   

  "Live" mode is "5-seconds-later" mode with horribe quality. :(
