DOES NOT WORK

Ive gone through every setting in both windows along with voiceai and the only thing i hear is static. would be a really cool piece of technology if it actually worked seamlessly. Ive also deleted and reinstalled fresh to see if that would help but still just static. i am using voicemeter but currently the sound is not routed to it. Is there anything anyone can contribute to help me solve this issue?
