Subscription through PayPal without an account

I would like to end my subscription.

I did not have a PayPal account when I bought the subscription. Because of this, the only way I can cancel it is by contacting Voice AI Inc. directly and having them remove it. 

It said directly on the PayPal email receipt that if I wanted to make a change, I would have to contact the company directly. Have already tried making an account with PayPal using the same information, but it still doesn't show up in the activity or subscription tabs.

If there is anything that I need to do on my end, please let me know.

P. S. Yes, you can buy a subscription without a PayPal account.
